Richway has been granted the CVC certification for the biomat. Our new CVC certification means the biomat meets or exceeds Chinese standards of quality, safety, environment and performance. The CVC regulations require a maximum temperature of 140f/60c, so the Biomat mattresses temperature range will be 77f/25c - 140f/60c.
For all shipments to China customs duty and shipping charge are included as one charge on this page. The total is paid at the time the order is processed which will give you door to door delivery without duty or import fees. Our shipping carrier is YTO Express which is known for timely deliveries and real-time shipment notifications. If there is a difference between the shipping charge in the shopping cart and actual cost, we will contact you with the adjusted amount for your approval before your card is charged the difference.
